I am facing a problem with this device but company not respons I am desapointe

the only loss here is that it won't work my media. I have to go to the phone for that. Otherwise I couldn't be happier! No more people complaining they can't hear me, or being unable to hear others. The sound is crisp, clear and pleasant with good volume. Intuitive controls. Plus it fits so comfortably I forget all about it and wear it all day. Highly recommend! I just wish I could run my audio from it. But I'm not marking it down a star for that because it does exactly what it advertises and does it better than any other bluetooth, especially the popular around-the-neck retractables. I've tried several expensive models only to be utterly disappointed at the lack of attention paid to call quality, which is apparently sacrificed for boom-box sound (which they don't deliver anyway, not on their best day). PLantronics puts their money where their mouth is. Couldn't be happier!

Parfaite comme je l’espèrais, j’avais une Bose avant mais je l’ai perdue, celle ci la remplace parfaitement, bonne qualité son, ergonomique son seul défaut est de donner les données (oreillette allumée, connectée et temps restant) avant de pouvoir entendre l’interlocuteur mais sinon très bien

Auricular bluetooth muy cómodo, bonito y de efectivo diseño. Hasta 7 horas de autonomía y sonido excelente, viene con una cinta de transporte que sirve como cable de carga para adaptador CA/puerto USB. dispone de un LED azul/rojo para indicar varios estados. Mensajes vocales y control por voz (depende del smartphone), diferentes idiomas según el color, negro: español, francés e inglés, blanco: ruso, alemán e inglés. Botones de encendido, volumen y funciones con llamadas.

First class. Very easy to set up, does most of the work for you. No trouble keeping it in the ear, sound quality whether music or voice is excellent and folks on the other end says the sound is clear and wind free. Is much nicer in use and in the ear than the two Motorola ones I have, though the S9 is better for music simply because it has two buds, one for each ear.Feels nice and solid in the hand and I think having an actual on off switch rather than a push that button for x seconds is a real plus. Very impressive, though have to say I have not made much use of the app that is supplied.
