Good book for the cooking library
Was curious about this topic. So I bought this cook book . Some of its recipes are pretty good . Not sure if it’s a cure for anything like the internet claims . But good to have around for a peace of mind should I run into that problem

It has wonderful recipes for anyone who is gluten sensitive.
Cooking with Buckwheat, which is sooo good for you and especially if you are gluten sensitive. Many of the recipes are very old, like grandma and great grandma used to make. I like that!

This book gives a lot of recipes for cooking targeted towards those who would like a little more B-17 in their diet than the current fare. In the ingredient lists the author highlights those that contain B-17 naturally in bold letters. There is also a separate consolidated list of food items that contain this vitamin and their relative concentrations. This helps in stocking the right items and choosing the recipes for their B-17 content. Foods that contain this nutrient tend to taste ranging from bland to very bitter. The recipes help in making them more palatable. It is a nice addition to my kitchen.
