What is the difference between "earwax md" and "earwax md for kids"?

Formulation is the same. Packaging is different to call attention to the fact kids can use it.

Can a one year old use this?

Our recommendation would be to check with your child's health care provide when they are under the age of 2 years old. Thank you.

Does it have to be flushed out? Or can they just drain out without having to flush it with the syringe?

The product works best when it is throughly rinsed or flushed out with warm water.

What are the ingredients and the amount of each ingredient in this product?

The ingredients are listed on the package and include: glycerin, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, glycolic acid, benzalkonium chloride and water. The concentration of each is at a level that is safe when used as directed.
