Please read full.. All Creatines are allmost same After use for sometime you start lifting a little heavy then usual in normal routine... & that's what this creatine also do. 540 price... Same product can be bought in 300-400 Rs also... So Giving allmost 150rs higher for the same quality of product doesn't seems good. But yes As it's a brand labrada can charge a little higher. Product is good. A little bit packing needs to be improved. Important : you have to take 5gm of creatine.. But for marketing purpose they have reduced the size of scoop & thus indirectly increased serving... Like 83 servings ×3gm = 250 gm..... But perfect dose is only 50 servings × 5gm = 250 gm. Rest it depends on you. I am only criticizing this product. Overall content is good.

I am currently using this product for the 2nd time. It is manufactured by the same company which manufacturers creatine for one of the top brands. However Labrada creatine is comparatively cheaper in price compared to the top brand. Quality is very good and I have noticed results without any negative side-effects. Any creatine product should be taken with a fast acting carb for better absorption and to avoid any kind of dehydration. for best results you can take 1gm pre workout and 3gm (1 level scoop) post workout. This way you will be within the adequate dosage and you may be able to consume it for a longer duration and also achieve consistent results.

Check the packaging properly while taking delivery of your product Cross verify the mrp and verify the code which is provided on cap of the box Scratch and verify through true mpn app If it showing congratulations product is authentic then product is original otherwise fake While you are using creatine monohydrate Take more amount of water because creatine healp to store water in muscles and stay hydrating muscles so take more water qt least 3litres a day . 3 months tk regular lo then 2-3 hafte ke liye break le lo then restart kr do creatine lena i hope it will help you Thank you

As per the brand I believe they follow the strict quality controls as this is manufactured in India. Still it is micronized type of creatine, mixability is not as much as that good copare with other well known brands like ON, Ultimate Nutrition etc. If you are begginer, tight on budget and want better results then you can go for it. For mixability, I am very disappointed. Not expected from "Labrada" international brand.

Product is like talcum powder and very bad solubility. I doubt the quality of the product. Lost my trust in the brand on the whole. Not even going to buy protein from this brand any more. Its highly possible the product has much lower standards for manufacture here in India.

If you are a new lifter or an experienced one trying to push through a plateau, this is definitely the one for you. I take 2 scoops which give me 6g of creatine and I'm just about to order this for my third time. Perfect addition to your whey protein. You may get the powdery feel in your mouth when you drink the last sip as it mixes only 80% but you would never taste it. It does mix better if you use a blender or shake it longer. But if you are a person in a hurry like me you can just get used to the powdery feel for one or two sips and don't worry about it. Excellent results. Excellent price. A must-have supplement.
