Read the directions!!!!!!
Although the inside height is not what I wanted it is still a good buy. Inside height is about 6.5". It does everything and more than my old toaster oven (which still works after almost 14 yrs.) I was looking for a taller oven. This one will work and so far so good. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner in it. NO, no turkey. Not tall enough. Air frys ok. Takes longer than my regular air fryer. Roasted vegetables perfectly. Cookies were also perfect. Dinner roles were golden brown. Yes it gets hot but no big deal, unless you have children. Yes, 13x9 pans without handles fits perfectly. 2 layer cooking with turning around half way through and from top to bottom switches. Not a real hassle to me. In reality it was an upgrade for me.

A very good quality air fryer, baking, toasting counter top oven.
This is excellent. I had a small toaster oven that didn't cook evenly. I also had one of those oblong air fryer machines but it didn't fit much in it. This does everything: Bake, heat, toast, air fry. So far I've used it to toast bread and it came out perfect. I also baked a very small ham and a side pan of green bean casserole. It all fit nicely (two people meal), and cooked very nicely as well. It was a decent price, and it fits just right on my side counter with our coffee pot. I haven't tried the air fryer yet, but since everything else works so well, I'm sure it will be perfect.

User friendly
This product worked reliably and cooked food perfectly. It was user-friendly enough that even my six-year-old learned to use it after just a couple of demonstrations. Cleaning, however, was somewhat cumbersome. The size was a perfect fit for what I had space for. I loved the silver color made it stand out. After nearly two years of use, the unit has begun malfunctioning constantly beeping with a flashing digital screen.

Can replace several appliances for 1-2 people.
This oven does multiple duty as a large toaster oven, a small convection oven, a broiler, and with a grill plate, a small grill. It can air fry, but is a bit big to do as well as a dedicated fryer. It preheats very fast (in only a few minutes), and is quite effective at cooking anything that fits inside. You can easily adjust the relative burner intensity and turn the convection fan off for cooking things that need heat from below. The crumb tray easily pulls out of the front, and is designed so you don’t spill the crumbs unless you are careless. As a toaster, it get very close to the quality of a pop up toaster. As a regular oven, it is at least as good as an ordinary oven. I have occasionally cooked things without turning the fan off, and I have needed to turn the heat down or reduce the cooking time, as expected of a convection oven. It is surprisingly easy to clean, as it doesn’t tend to get very dirty as long as you have a drip tray underneath and don’t cook things that spatter all over. I have had mine for almost a year, and it looks close to new. I have effectively replaced a pop up toaster, a smaller air fryer/grill, and my main oven (except for whole turkey) with this small oven. For 1-2 people, this oven can basically do almost all the cooking you need.

Performs Flawlessly
Bought this oven in 2023. Delayed my review until now so all its features have beed used, This toaster / oven is amazing. We use it as a toaster and as an oven. Air fry .. not so much due to our diet. It performs flawlessly and we now depend on it. You can't go wrong... buy it!!

Awesome but with some undesired high pitch noise to boot!
I’m giving it a two because I’m under a personal review time for a couple days. I love almost everything about the Bravo XL except the high pitch noise when it’s not in use. Due to that I’m considering returning it as defective out of the box. I haven’t tested everything else yet due to this being day two of owning it. Hopefully the manufacturer has a solution for the ridiculous noise of the unit when not in use. And unplugging it is the only way to shut it off but what about when you’re wanting to use it multiple times in a day in the kitchen? You have to put up with this ridiculous noise. My wife says she can hear it in her office. Size... perfect for us though it is the largest “small” appliance in our kitchen but we knew with all the functions and the space we wanted for a toaster oven to handle food for a family, we were going to be in for the large size. It’s clearly as big or bigger than a small microwave. We plan to use it a lot or find something similar that we will use a lot. With the handle it’s 18 “ deep, not to mention you need a few (they recommend 5”) more at the rear for heat and fire protection space. The width is 20” and you need at least 5” more (At least on the left side that I can tell because the controls take up 3” on the right side) for that heat space because obviously this oven is not well insulated nor does it have the door seal that is in normal high end models but I have not worried about the front door heat loss at this point. Seems to close nicely. I like the tray catch feature when the door is opened it pulls out the tray three inches automatically, then stops. The height is 11” / 14” with the trays you will often take out and place on top when doing a pizza or toast. Buttons and functions - meh- I’ll get used to them. They are a combination of similar to Insta Pot Ultra buttons. You have to press the in button for every function then the menu button 11 quick times to get to toast. After you start, you can easily use the dial to turn up or down the minutes, etc. hope they last, these buttons. Overall really nice unit if we decide we can put up with the noise. Some have complained it’s not a true crispy air fryer and I guess that may be true but the work around is adding some time by five minutes or so. Probe I won’t use too often and hope I don’t lose it for when I do but will try that sometime. Not a rotisserie unit but they didn’t advertise that it was. You’re only going to have a best space of 5” height for any bird placed inside. Good luck doing anything other than two small Cornish hens. Maybe somebody would disagree. But that’s the toaster oven size and we all agree that a toaster oven is what we were going for here. I will re review if the seller offers a unit that has the high pitched noise fixed. I’ll increase the rating then. Easy to use... not so much with the toast function a long way away for my teens, and the rating would be better if less complicated. But for a smart tech person it’s easy to understand. Value for money, I expect more for the over $130 price range though it does have a ton of functions.

This is a large air fryer / toaster oven, with many good features. I especially like being able to program my own "recipes" so it comes out just right. The 100 built-in presets also do the trick. Of course, you can always set things manually if you want. The air fryer works well, and it's nice to finally have crispy fries and nuggets (my previous oven had only convection, not air frying). The only thing I'll nitpick on is that the fan is really quite loud. Overall, I recommend this for the number of functions you get for the price.

I like the look, the settings to the side of door. I am not impressed with the door wanting to close while I am taking things out of the oven. I have burnt my arm on the glass/door frame a couple of times. Since I use this oven as my primary appliance for baking, roasting, air frying, etc it's used almost daily. It works beautifully on whatever function I have used thus far. One issue besides the door problem is the noisy fan!!! It drives me crazy it's so loud. It sounds as if it's too big for the compartment it's in and grinding its way out or bent. I may have to send it back for a trade in. ??

The oven is beautiful. I gave 4 stars as it was returned. It was too small. I did not use it so I cannot comment on how well it performs.
