Faulty seal.. poor aftercare
Was installed by professional plumber so not sure if was easy / hard to install Bought product and was let down by plumber so stored unopened in spare room . It has now been installed and the seal s are faulty when I contacted company they advised boiling water on which I did several times still no joy !! And now they want another £ 15 for new seal As I’ve had it too long regardless of it only being installed 4 weeks surly seals should last longer ?? (12 weeks) product looks great though even it leaks 😬😭

Very minimalist
As described. We are delighted with the shower.

Difficult to install
I had numerous problems with this product BUT once resolved the product is great. Issue included Being sent the same hand parts Being sent replacement parts with glue all over Seals not fit for purpose - I purchased replacements from a shower seal online shop Poor fitting instructions Fixing which were misaligned Luckily I like a challenge, so if you are prepared to be a little creative, have a set of metal drills and plenty of patience you end up with a great shower enclosure.

Poor customer service - especially the aftercare
The bottom seal for the curved shower enclosure seal arrived straight and not curved like the door. Subsequently it has kinked on intallation and is now leaking every time the shower is in use. A number of emails and requests to the seller. Unfortunately, requests have been continuoulsy slow walked as far as having a replacement seal being delivered and instead seller advised us to find a suitable replacement online or with a retailer. The shower was fitted by a professional plumber. Very poor customer service.

Not fit for purpose
Looks great but leaks with every use! Seals on door faulty maybe as in other reviews? We will have to write this off and install another cubicle due to the flooding every time we use it .

Ask for more fitting instructions!
Looks shunning but we found the instructions inadequate, and put the panels in upside down first time as they weren't marked as which way for flitting! We're pleased with the appearance now .
