It lathers well, smells great, and doesn’t leave my hair dry or weighed down. Really impressed with the results — definitely a staple in my haircare routine!

I used to work at CosmoProf where they sell this direct from TIGI to hairdressers and salon professionals ONLY, so I know a lot about it and have tried almost every product out there, professional and drugstore, and this is hands down my favorite duo for my fine, straight hair. Keep in mind, my hair is fine, NOT color-treated, straight, and not damaged. This is why this is the level 1 duo - it's for the lowest level in damage (or no damage), if you have damaged, dry or frizzy hair you need to use the blue or the red duo of this series or you'll probably be disappointed. If you have fine hair, then this duo is great for you. It smells amazing and leaves hair super soft. Whenever I switch to a drugstore brand I instantly notice the difference and come back for the TIGI. This is a great price on this product also, the wholesale price you'd be paying if you have a license to do hair. As far as reviewing the actual product itself it's a great duo if you have fine, thin, undamaged hair. PACKAGING UPDATE: Looks like they've fixed their packaging issues... Packaging was great, came in a small box that fit the duo snugly and the caps on each bottle were sealed with plastic (kind of like shrink-wrapped) and then both bottles put in a plastic bag, wrapped tightly and sealed. None of the product spilled. The product itself is genuine. Would recommend and would re-purchase from this seller.

Best shampoo! My hair is oily in the roots and dry in the ends and honestly, this leaves it perfect! I have used so many others that I other leave my hair flat or dry. Love it!

This was my go to favorite shampoo and conditioner for ages. Unfortunately when I further researched the ingredients the inclusion of "DMDM hydantion" is something I now choose to avoid. So I've stopped using this and have been on the hunt for other salon quality brands with cleaner ingredients. In terms of hair manageability though, this product is top notch. This made my hair soft, without weighing it down. It detangled it beautifully. Honestly I love this shampoo and conditioner, and am sad to let it go from my haircare routine.

I live in a small town and there is no where to purchase salon quality hair products without paying high prices at the salons. My sister in law is a former stylist and recommended this shampoo. She said, "You're going to love the smell, too!" I do! I love how it makes my hair feel like I've just had it shampooed at the salon. I like the conditioner, but my hair doesn't need conditioner everyday, so I wish this was sold separately.

Bottles r huge, takes a dines/quarters worth of product. Product doesnt itch my head. Highly recommed this product--BEDHEAD

These smell great and leave my hair feeling significantly softer than previous shampoos and conditioners. And a little goes a long way. I used about half the amount I normally use per wash

Always loved this shampoo. Sorry to hear they have discontinued, so I had to stock up. Love the way it smells and it does make your soft. Also it rinses out easier that some other products
