Fits Good And Doesn't Squeal
My previous Napa belt looked okay in the ribs but it squealed like a dirty old pig. So far this thing doesn't squeal. I really hate that squeal.

Gates quality and value
should've replaced my worn Outback power steering/alternator belt (please see picture - belt had Mitsubishi name on it, for some reason) last year, but nonetheless, this Gates unit installed quickly, got rid of the awful squeaking during those cold NY startups and occasional steering wheel pulsations and headlight dimming when turning the wheel ... excellent Gates quality -- even my finicky mechanic approved -- and value for many problem-free miles

Does not fit 2004 WRX
This DOES NOT fit a 2004 WRX. As stated by another person in the reviews who has a 2004 forester. It is to short. The alternator completely collapsed this belt will not fit.

Works Well
I bought and installed this on my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX (mfg date of 5/01) about 5,000 miles ago and it works well. No squeals and there's plenty of room left on the adjuster for when the belt eventually stretches.I originally went through two belts from Autozone, but the two belts that they had listed for my car were always a bit too long and didn't leave hardly any room left on the adjuster. This one fits much better.

2005 Subaru Legacy fit
Put this on my 2005 Subaru Legacy i, it was due a new belt, so, I did all 3. No issues with the fit.
