I seriously love this hot sauce
I seriously love this hot sauce. I'm a Texan who regularly eats Mexican and Indian food, so I can handle a good amount of heat in my food... but that's not what hot sauce is about for me. I like to DOUSE certain foods in hot sauce.. but if the sauce is too spicy, it can kill the flavor. Trappey's is heavy on the vinegar and not too overly spicy. I bought this as a Christmas present for my mom (who also loves trappey's and can go through a bottle in a week or two like I can) and am really excited to see her open up a gallon of hot sauce on Christmas Day! ;-)

It was what I expected but there was not a lid on it! The seal was still intact and thank goodness I have a lid to fit it.

Don't buy the 1 gallon
I love Red Devil hot sauce and figured I'd buy in bulk to stock up with the gallon size, NO, something is off with the taste and more brownish orange than the red color. NO RETURN OPTION. Checking with Amazon customer service for some sort of compensation. The smaller bottles I have not had a problem with.
