I’ve been on a weight loss journey for over a year now and for three months been at a stall so thought I would try these and it’s definitely kick started things again . Doesn’t give me that much of a energy boost to be honest but does give me food noises a kicking and been really good at not over eating a meal and feeling fuller a lot sooner with a meal . Lost 2lb in a week after a three month stall but again feeling fuller quicker so not eating a full meal now and only been taking a week so will see how the rest of the package goes . It may not be for everyone but working for me so far

I am happy with this product, It’s a bit funny tasty just before you swallow it with some water . But dose the job . May lower my appetite, increase my energy. I am very happy

Fat burning? Maybe... Appetite suppressant-no. Extra energy? Yep! So I've used these for a few weeks, not seen a change in my weight but my stamina and enegery levels are better when I work out every day and the sweat that comes off me- holy moly. 3 weeks later, I've not lost a significant amount of weight despite working out every day and eating well BUT the energy given for the workouts means I can go longer and bigger which makes me burn more calories. So, won't buy again buuut they're alright. Just alright.

I’m on a calorie controlled diet and have lost 2st6 over the last 3 months and with 10lbs left to go to reach my target weight I thought I’d give these a try following positive reviews. I have to say I’m really disappointed they have had no impact at all. There is no buzz or difference noted and certainly hasn’t helped lose any further weight in fact since taking them im stuck at the same weight. This despite being at the gym daily and 6-8 miles of cardio fast paced walking a day. There’s no flavour to the capsule but then I wouldn’t overly expect one, easy enough to swallow but seem pretty pointless.

Really good. I have a sensitive stomach so I’ve built up about a week taking only one and now started taking 2. No dodgy side affects and really reduce my hunger feelings

Outstanding service when enquiring about the product. I've been taking the tablets for roughly a week now and can already see the F5 giving great energy boosts for adding cardio work into my weight training too. The tablets are almost flavorless too which helps when taking them first thing in the morning. With taking progress photos for a week before taking the tablets and then taking photos a week after beginning to take them, you can really see the fat and weight coming off in the right places. I didn't even have a placebo effect with these burners. Did not have jitters and no feeling of hitting the gym hard either.. I just can't recommend sorry
