Hello, this item is set to fit a A 2003-04 toyota corolla. Thank you.

The item arrived with a matte black finish but it pealed off to reveal a chrome finish underneath. Problem is that not all of the matte coating came off so we are left with a grill that has spots of the matte covering the chrome and we can't get it off.
