How does it get's it's time and is it in gps, utc?

It gets its time from NTP in UTC.

I see a GPS marking in the box, where does it send this info and can it be read before sending?

Hi. These units are prepared for GPS but it is not available on this batch as most of our users keep it on a fixed/permanent location and that location can be set on our RadarBox.com MyStation section.

What is the purpose of this device? Is it for tracking aircraft when you dont have Radar Box24 on the internet?

Yes, this can cover the area that is not currently covered and share the data back to the RadarBox servers. You can also access the local data that is picked up.
