Ciel Collectables Unicorn Trinket Box

This is the 3rd unicorn trinket box I've received...the first 2 came with a broken horn, the 2nd one in a very damaged package...I reordered those, then I got a phone call from the direct seller urging me to allow him to send me a 3rd, as I was ready to give up thinking that horn just wasn't going to stay on. I agreed that he said he would send one that would be ok without a broken horn...The reason I'm not happy with this 3rd one is that the coloring is far from the color of #1 and #2...The original was a brilliant gold and this one was dull grey where the gold should have been. This is an expensive trinket box and I feel the color of mane, tail, hoofs and hair behind each leg should be the original gold. Even the box it was sent in is gray/silver color where the original was a beautiful gold color. I want to send this one back and reorder for the gold one...How can I return this one to reorder now?

Better than the photos! The pose is dynamic, the mane and tail flowing, the head, especially the muzzle and horn, and the hooves are dainty. Paint is where is should be, and not slopped over onto adjoining areas. No sign of excess glue around the crystals. Came in a elegant silver box lined with cloth. Would delight any lover of unicorns, if you could bear to part with it! Well done Ciel!

It is well made detailed and gorgeous. It is very large about 3 times the size I expected. It did not fit in my cabinet but I found a place for it.
