They do what they say. No false advertisement and it's also not harsh and makes me have bad belly aches.

This stuff really delivers. Whenever I'm feeling backed up, a cup of Smooth Move does the trick. It's gentle but effective—works overnight without any harsh cramping. I always keep a box on hand now. If you're looking for reliable relief, this is it.

I've been suffering from severe IMO for nearly four years now. A lovely side effect is low motility (and, thus, constipation for days). Nothing worked to clear me out—doctor gave me magnesium citrate, aloe vera, all the stuff that is supposed to make you go naturally, and I got zero results until I started using Smooth Move. Obviously, you aren't supposed to use this long term; however, when dealing with something as severe as IMO, it has become a life saver for me. So, thank you to this lovely brand for saving me a lot of pain. I take it at night (1-2 tablets, or the tea steeped for 15 mins) and you wake up in the morning and completely clear out every single time. Tea tastes great, the supplement tastes like nothing. I don't find that I have massive cramping but occasional cramping/urgency does happen when you haven't eaten enough the day before. Of course, everyone is different, but I find it's worked the same way for everyone in my family. It's strong but not overpowering as long as it's taken in the correct dosage. My recommendation is for severe constipation is 2 tablets or a tea bag steeped for 15 mins, low grade constipation, likely need 1 tablet. But I'd say it may vary per person. Test it out. I also find Traditional Medicinals to be a trustworthy/effective brand. I've used a lot of their other teas and see results every time, so this is a permanent go-to company for me.

Capsules - Con: Serving size is 3 capsules; there is only 50 to a bottle. Please make it divisible by 3. Pro: Took 3 capsules at 10pm before bed. Woke up at 1am, 2am, and now 3am with a large, but gentle, bowel movement each time. ZERO cramps. I've been painfully constipated for days now with my stool just too hard and large to pass. I've recently changed my diet to include daily fiber and it's been rough. I normally get the tea, which is also good, but this heatwave makes it impossible to drink hot beverages. Highly recommend these capsules. Just wish it came as a 60 count.

The tea is excellent. But because I can’t drink a cup of it in the evening I’ve switched to the capsules which seem to be a bit more harsh. I’m still grateful to have them

Amazing for someone w/ IBS-C (leaky gut-low acidity/c = constipation)….Only product that is gentle!!! Been a life changer! I take 3 at night w/ magnesium complex. Ive been using for years and recommend this product often. With IBS-C, fiber is my enemy…I am gluten free but still introduce dairy, but if I eat too much dairy…it causes issues w/ bloating, constipation, brain fog, causes chk skin, and once even sent me to the emergency room w/ incredible pain n compacted colon. It was the ER visit that sent me on the hunt for something that would help. I tried everything: every finer n constipation product you can think of…..this is the Only product I found that that is gentle n causes lil discomfort. No running to bathroom. Trust me, get this product!

They do exactly what they say! I only take 2 tho instead of the recommended 3. Give it about 6-12 hours (for me) and it will clean you out lol. It is a stimulant so it does cause stomach cramps. Would not recommend taking on a day you have a lot planned. I normally take at night time so it hits me in the morning.
