My LO has a very dry scalp! So much so that those little hands won’t stop scratching/itching! Will this moisturize the skin?

I don't know that I would say the shampoo alone moisturizes the skin. It certainly doesn't dry out m LOs skin. We use the lotion of this same brand after the bath for moisturizing.
