Can it be eaten raw? (in no-bake recipes)

Yes, it can be eaten raw as well mix in liquids like a smoothie.

Package was solid as a rock. Is it still useable?

Have you opened it yet? Mine was solid too, until I opened the bag. Then it was like you would expect. If you have opened it and it is still rock hard, I don't think I would use it.

Can it replace almond flour? I have kidney stones and was told almonds are high in oxalates. Looking for a flour that is low in them.

Look into upping your Magnesium(Mg). When your Mg intake is low, your body will get Mg from your bones to perfom the 300+ biochemical enzymatic reactions your body requires daily. When this occurs, it looses calcium into your body, which then binds with oxalate and builds up in kidneys. I had ks in '04, '12 and '15 until I researched this, added Mg to my diet. I did not modify or lower oxalate intake. Eight years later feeling great and no more occurrences. To your health!

Have the bitter toxins been rinsed out?

I agree. I didn’t find it to be overly bitter at all. I used it to make pasta, mixed it with quinoa flour for muffins, and made bread with it. A really nice lightened up change from almond flour.
