I love this! I used to take the 2 pills twice a day, but since I'm retired and don't have the stress of a hectic job, I'm good with one or two. I actually find this helpful if I start getting a migraine; nips it in the bud! It's a good antioxidant. I never have side effects although when I have taken 2 twice a day, I definitely needed to make sure I take it or I could get a migraine; I'd wean off if your likely to get used to that caffeine. Can't say it was a miracle weight loss pill, but did help my energy level.

When I buy diet pill I check two things, one is that the pill is effective in losing weight and the other is the major component of pill is from natural ingredient. In my perspective, "Green Tea Fat Burner" is great product for me. I have been trying the `Green Tea Fat Burner' since August 2014. The reason why I bought this this product is because of the main component of this diet pill from nature ingredient which is green tea. I saw an article that said caffeine from green tea article helps losing weight with less side effects. It works well on me with no side effect. I took it with one hour exercising three times in a week and I lost so many pounds. The reason why I feel this product helped me to lose weight is that after eating these pills I am sweating a lot compared to not taking these pills. Also, the pill includes antioxidant protection which is contained in Asahi berry. That is an extra benefit to use this pill and I feel like I have smoother skin and a more energetic life than before I took it. The suggested amount of pills is two in the morning and two at lunch. I tried to take two pills as that was the suggested amount. However, as a person who is sensitive to caffeine, to me taking two pills at the lunch was enough and it works well on me. Even if I did not feel any side effects so far, I recommend to stop using the pill every two months to prevent tolerance of the pill. Now I kicked the pill two weeks ago and I plan to take this pill one week after. However, everyone has a different body structure.
