I'm as American as apple pie. Now having said that, Italian red pepper flakes are superior to ANY red pepper flakes in the world. I have no idea why. The heat and flavor are perfection. Maybe its the soil in Italy. Don't believe me? Try for yourself. For me, I am grateful that I can purchase this product from Amazon.

I love adding these to my pasta dishes and soups. It was such a great find!

My wife can not have cayenne so crushed red pepper is out due to never knowing the peppers included. This has proven to be an ideal substitute, does have decent heat and is more flavorful than most crushed peppers.

We have been seeing this used in so many dishes at restaurants and some meals in our Bobby Flay cook book. Can have quite a bit of heat to it, but adds awesome flavor to everything!

Pratica confezione, buon prodotto, ma conoscendo bene il peperoncino calabrese il gusto e la piccantezza non sono gli stessi di quello che si mangia in Calabria

Ho comprato questo peperoncino pensando che sarebbe stato molto piccante….e in vece anche mettendo molto si sente poco, il gusto non mi è piaciuto molto ma questo potrebbero essere soggettivo.
