Great flavor, flakes are large
Flavor and heat are as expected. The flakes are really large, about 2-3X crushed red pepper, and they don't fit through the shaker holes. Requires using the bigger opening for pouring/measuring.

Excellent taste and flavor
I'm as American as apple pie. Now having said that, Italian red pepper flakes are superior to ANY red pepper flakes in the world. I have no idea why. The heat and flavor are perfection. Maybe its the soil in Italy. Don't believe me? Try for yourself. For me, I am grateful that I can purchase this product from Amazon.
