Does this doll pee or anything like that? I'm looking to adopt, but cannot handle the hassle of bathroom problems... I think I could love this doll.

This listing is for the doll bicycle seat NOT the doll.That being said, I did find that the seat jiggles in such a way that the doll ALWAYS has to urinate when we are half-way around the block, furthest away from home. It also seems if we are at a park the need to use the bathroom grows in direct proportion to how hard it is to find a bathroom. I always ask the doll if she has to go pee BEFORE we leave the house and she NEVER has too but as soon as we are at the furthest point from the house, BINGO, pee-pee time. I am thinking of moving back to diapers even though the doll is 7 years old. Seriously - and don't even think about giving her a drink within an hour before bedtime or you will be stripping a wee little dolly bed at 2 AM _just_ as you have entered the deepest part of your sleep cycle. DOLLS!!!!!

do american girl dolls fit in it? do they fall out easily?

American Girl dolls fit well in. We haven't had any dolls fall out including olaf, Our Generation and Madame Alexander.

Does this come with the hardware to attach it to the bike?

Yes it did come with the hardware and maybe 10-15 minutes of time max (and I am not real handy)

Is there somewhere for the reflector to be installed to the seat?

Not a specific spot, but I am sure you could put a reflector on even if you had to super glue it or something like that,.
