Nice quality. Awkward charger placement
Cons: The charger is placed to close to where my right hand is.Slight difficulty scrolling.I freaked out when i misplaced the receiverPros: Easy to use with or without the backlight; all keys are in expected locations.Pretty device is fun to show off.Works on every device and OS I tried it on.This isn't entirely a "perfect device"; it would be nice if I could scroll consistently and if it had shoulder buttons for the mouse clicks, but it works quite well. Most devices like this I've used had some sort of rearrangement of keys that made proper punctuation difficult but the D8 has changed nothing other than switching the left control and function keys. The colours are white, reddish (slightly orange), yellow, light green, green, light blue, dark blue, and purplish-magenta with three levels of brightness. Key presses are firm, though i'd prefer them to be more silent since I've never been a fun of noises and I've had very little issue with hitting wrong keys, even in the dark without the backlight on. It has the little bumps on the f and J keys for making it easy to tell where your fingers are. This is one of the best things I've ever bought in this price range.

only one complaint... oh, but it's dead now
My previous small keyboard died when the power connection came off. Hopefully that won't happen with this keyboard.I wish the top row of keys were placed in columns on the edge around the keypad. The 2 I use the most (right/left click buttons) are in the middle of the top row and very difficult to use. I have a small hand. I use those 2 keys more than any of the other keys. It's hard to hole down the key and say select the edge of a window to reshape it. Very hard to do.Other than that it meets the need for a small back-lit keyboard I can keep on my bed stand and use with my tv. Changing the color is very simple. Easier than my previous keyboard.I ordered a new LogiTech keyboard and the next day this one died. Maybe it knew it was going to be replaced... Anyway it lasted about a year, so I guess I got my money's worth out of it.

affordable compact keyboard / annoying mouse track pad
the keyboard is perfect and compact. it lasts a long while on a single charge though i usually have it plugged up and turned off.the mouse track pad on this is decent enough to get by. you have to point this controller towards the USB receiver to avoid any input lag with the mouse track pad. I guess it uses infrared, which is disappointing.
