How can I clean this so I could we use them?

You cannot clean them. My husband takes them off when he takes a shower. You can wear them until they no longer stick. His feet has hurt since 1968. We use them for the callous’s on his feet. When I first bought them, and put them on his feet, he said it was the first time since 1968 that his feet did not hurt when he walked. We went to the podiatrist they charge $14.00 for one pad!

How do you stop getting sticky residue on your shoes / feet from using these? They leave a lot of sticky residue all over my flip flops.

Are you using them ON the f l p flops? Then just clean off with a little vegetable oil on a paper towel. On your feet? Use a nice lotion and massage the balls of your feet until it comes off.
