Great value for money very easy to put up

I used this to mount 82" TV on a plaster wall with studs 24" apart. The bracket comes with all necessary items including most screws but the manual is not good and difficult to understand. However, once the bracket is put together, it is an easy job from thereon. There are 8 wall screws that come in the package, so I assume the idea is that 4 go on studs and 4 on plaster, but then the screws are not correct for the installation of really big TVs, unless you are doing this on a concrete wall. My 82" TV also uses 45mm M8 screws for attaching the bracket to the back of the TV. The package came with 50mm but without correct spacers. So to do the installation correctly, I ended up needing additional M8 screws, bigger plaster screws than what was provided in the pack, and 5mm spacers. The brackets also don't have any autolocking mechanism. There are 2 screws in the bottom of the bars which connect the TV to the wall bracket. These need to be tightened for complete security. Unfortunately, there is insufficient space between the TV and the Wall post mounting for this unless you have a 50cm long screwdriver. Like me, you might not feel the need to tighten the screws but it is something to consider. This was one of the very few brackets which were long enough to fit 24" stud and then have wiggle room in case the stud is not perfectly aligned to the center of your seating.

Was good to fit easy to put tv on

At first it looked a bit flimsy but once assembled it is pretty sturdy. Once it's on the wall it is solid. I have put an old 42 inch plasma on the wall which is much heavier than modern tvs and it is holding up well. Most importantly is getting a good fixing in the wall. Once tv is on the wall you need to tighten the screws at the back to secure the tv to the bracket, this requires a long screwdriver as the gap between wall and tv is not enough to get your hand in . But yes , not necessary to spend a fortune on a tv bracket as this does the job well .
