I wear a size 44 to 46 pants, should I base the belt off the same size or do I need to go bigger?

Do you use this as your pants belt then the duty belt hooks to it?

Yes. This belt is your “underbelt” and the duty belt goes over it. The hook and loop on the Velcro should match so they somewhat stick together - although you’ll still want belt keepers if adding any weight to the duty belt.

I wear size 32 waist in pants, but I actually measure 36" where my belt sits? Should I get small or medium?

I have anywhere between a 34 to 36 inch waist depending where belt sits. I have a medium and it fits just fine. Think the small would be exactly that, to small. Would rather have a little extra than not enough. Hope this helps.

I have a 32 to 34 waist should i get a 28 to 34?

I would go with the 28-34 I have a size 32 waist and the larger belt has too much slack once you put it on
