In the photos the color seems to be fade out pattern. Is this true or is the color constant throughout

I bought a pink one, so I can't say the yellow one is the same 100%, but the color was consistent throughout for the pink one.

It's an area rug, it's just a little on the slimmer side.

Does this rug lay flat on carpet?

Once you unroll it, it will take a few days to go completely flat but will lay after that :)

How do you wash this rug and dry without it bubbling after?

I have not washed this rug in a clothes washer. I have laid it in the driveway and sprayed foam rug cleaner and used a broom to work in the foam. Let it dry and vacuum.
