I love this fish oil ticket through both pregnancies and can still continue to take it now I love it because it’s clean no fishy aftertaste and I can really notice a difference when I stop taking it.

Taking at 32 weeks, no fishy taste, easy to take
I started taking this at 32 weeks as an addition to my prenatal, and I’ve really liked it so far. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don’t get that strong fishy taste that some omega 3 supplements have. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m supporting my baby’s brain development, especially in these last weeks. I also like that it feels clean and doesn’t upset my stomach. Overall, a great and simple addition to my pregnancy routine.
