Want to cut back alcohol consumption!!
Would definitely recommend if you want to cut back on alcohol consumption, I took recommended dose 2hrs before drinking. By the time came to drink didn't want a drink at all. I have taken every day and have greatly reduced my drinking. Upon researching finding it has so many health benefits, good for weight loss, digestive issues, liver function, anti inflammatory and more. I will continue purchasing these, I know through research they do not work for everyone, definitely worth trying though.

Helps with alcohol craving
Bought these as I was told they were meant to be good for menopause symptoms. Did not feel the effect for this to be honest but they are great for reducing alcohol cravings. Good value for money.

Works.
I have been taking these pills for nearly 2 months and I have went from drinking 3 cases of beer to having 1 case . You need a bit of willpower and you will still get the urge to have a drink but as time passes the urge lessens. If your looking to cut down on your drinking and have a bit of will power then these pills are for you .

Can't trust it
What an untrustworthy product. It says 30 capsules, I counted 33 + one spilled. How can I trust this product if they can't even dose the correct amount of a product in the package?! And they claim to be ISO9001 and GMP accredited. What a laugh! See attached photo.

Maybe maybe not
I don't know if this is that great as I think when you take this sort of thing a lot of the effects Are placebo?????? Who knows but it's worth a try I was trying only the two days a week I drink so I don't think I'm the ideal candidate to test drive it. Initially I thought yes but I really am not sure now one way or another.

This works!
This absolutely worked for me. Everyday wine drinker. Absolutely I don't know why. I started taking and carried on with my usual wine at dinner but then I just stopped wanting to drink more. I took a capsule every day at the start now I just take one when I feel I want to scale back. It might affect everyone different so use it as you feel like the effect is becoming less. Saved me money for sure. Price of a cheap wine nothing to lose. That's only my experience.
