I love the product but didn’t like the way it was packaged. The conditioner was in a huge bag with nothing wrapped around the product but a plastic bag. The conditioner leaked out and was all over the plastic bag. I think if it was packaged better, there wouldn’t be a leakage. This is an expensive conditioner. More care should be placed in delivering the product.

My hairdresser uses this product and I was always curious as to why my hair felt soft each time I left the salon. She told me one day the name of the product.
