product arrived promptly. Bender had come out of box within the Amazon package however. No damage. Looks nice and functions fine. A bit stiff to begin with but will likely loosen up over time. I used it to bend 5/16 " ni-copper fuel line and it created nicely radiused bends w/o any signs of kinks. Well priced for casual usage like my needs. I shopped around a bit prior to buying this particular bender and thought that it looked somewhat better (eg grips on handles) than others in this price range. Well satisfied.

Works for my purpose
There are statements on here about bending copper tubing. Folks, it is almost impossible to bend hollow tubing without crushing it. Fill the tube.

Don't buy!
Don't waste your money, my handle bent on the second use with 3/8" Brass tubing. Terrible product given that it should be able to handle it. The mechanism also kinks the top of the bend very slightly which is most likely a product of the design but it worked while it lasted.
