I must say this is the best melatonin . I use it for my 3 years son who has mild to moderate autism . His pediatrician recommended to take the melatonin, due to most kids on the spectrum having sleeping issues. The kids one never work for him & if it did he woke up with terrible nightmares . Crying a lot the next day . The doctor said as long as it’s 1mg it doesn’t Matter which one you use . I followed the direction to take 4ml to make 1mg . Before I would give him 1ml and he would not go to sleep at all . Until I realize I was doing it wrong . They use to sell these in Walgreens every where . They were in such high demand they stop selling it . My son went from 3-4 hours a sleep everyday to 9 hours sometimes 10 hours . The way I do it is I let him go to sleep without it first , although it takes a wild for him to go to sleep . He will sleep 4 - 5 hours most of the time & wake up in the middle of the night I’ll give him this & he backs to sleep within 30 minutes . And on a good day he will sleep 10-11 hours with this. Highly recommend buying !!!!!!!

I use this product for my 2 sons with severe ADHD. Sleep is a nightmare with them! I found that I did not need to give them a full dosage to obtain the results I was looking for and it's for this reason I will continue to order it. I have not been able to find this dosage in any of my local stores in liquid form nor have I found anything that can beat its price! My youngest son has an issue with taking medicines due to his special needs and I was able to mix this into his juice box without him even noticing! Within half an hour of him taking it, he is ready for bed and sleeps like a dream all night. His mood in the morning is refreshing! I can definitely see the difference in him from using this. My older son tried it without juice and did not care for the taste. Could just be because he's picky. I give him the same dosage as my younger son and while it doesn't help him sleep as well as his brother, he is easier to put to bed and falls asleep better. I could probably up his dosage to obtain the same results as his brother. Very pleased with this product and will continue to order it.

I think it seems to be working pretty good for the younger ones it helps them calm down a little better to lay down and be able to go to sleep and get a full night's rest. It's definitely in for the little ones because when I ran out of the ones for the big kids it wasn't enough in there to abstain a older kid. I like more natural remedies to help naturally soothe my kiddos because their ADHD and this was really helpful. Before I started melatonin my kiddos were having a hard time getting to sleep and I wasn't getting enough sleep. But now we're all getting enough sleep which is much healthier and better for them and put her for me. My kiddos really love the flavor of it and that really helps. Just one drop is all you need unless that doesn't seem to be right then consult with your doctor as what I definitely recommend. After Consulting with the kids as doctors what we both put our heads together and ended up finding the best thing for my kiddos. I just want to stress that you should consult with your doctor before giving anything as I did. Yes parents have a good idea of their kiddos and they know what's best for them but always consult with doctors and that's what I did and this is what their doctor recommended. I recommend this brand because it seems to be working the best but every kiddo is different.

Buy these for my dad who is 84. They help him sleep soundly. He mixes it with a little bit of juice at night. He said no aftertaste or anything.

As far as taste goes, this is the best tasting liquid melatonin I've ever had! It works quickly and allows for that "sleepy feeling" to come about 30 minutes after taking it. When I had an issue with shipment, they even sent an extra in the next box! Definitely the best melatonin option for my family.
