AWESOME SUPER LEMONY CORNMEAL MIX FOR FISH, CHICKEN, PORK, VEGETABLES OR ANYTHING ELSE
LEMON LEMON LEMON. Just open a bag of this "fish fry" mix and what hits your nose is LEMON. I don't like blackened seasoning. I don't like hot seasoning. I don't like lemon-pepper. I don't like flour. I LOVE lemon and cornmeal and that's what I get with Louisiana Fish Fry Seasoning in the BLUE bag. Also, I don't fry anything. I simply coat whatever I'm going to roast in the oven with olive oil or walnut oil or sesame oil (or other oil) and roll it in the Seasoning, cover it for 20 minutes to let the coating stick and the items to be roasted to come to room temperature, and then roast at the appropriate oven temperature.Turns out crispy and scrumptious every time. The reason I order Louisiana Fish Fry Seasoning in the BLUE bag from Amazon is because it's impossible to find in my local area. I refrigerator one bag and put the other bags in the freezer. This product freezes well and loses little flavor. Kudos to the Seller for carrying this product.
