Great sound. Bass is somewhat emphasized, but not overbearing. Mids and highs are crisp and clear. The selection of ear cups provided a comfortable and well-sealed fit, both essential to musicality and long term listening. My only complaint concerns the control bar. It's too small for my fumble fingers to use, but that's a personal problem that doesn't detract from the 5 star rating;. I can recommend the Symphoniized NRG X ear buds to anyone looking for reasonably priced, comfortable, good sounding noise isolating ear buds. Follow up. Lost the last pair, but liked them so much I ordered another set. Love them

These are beautiful! I bought a set for my daughter several months ago. I recently borrowed them and realized why she ignores me with her earbuds in. These do a great job of reducing outside noise and the sound is lovely. The numerous sizes included of the rubber ends ensure a perfect fit for the wearer. Another thing is the packaging is nice so if this is a gift for someone - it looks nice wrapped up too.

I’m on my 5th or 6th set of headphones from Symphonized. Why you may ask? I’m not some headphone hoarder and they are not poor quality... no, my dog eats ever pair!!! I wish you all wouldn’t make such dog tasty looking headphones. All fun aside, I didn’t hold my silly dogs appetite against these guys. I love all of my headphones I’ve ever head. I get great compliments on the look and they sound pretty amazing. These are really no different. They are comfortable and don’t fall out of my ears. There are also other pads to make the fit better if the standard ones don’t work for you. People can hear me just fine when using the microphone on a phone call or virtual meeting. The controls for calls and volume are large and easy to find without looking. There is a clip so you can attach this to your clothing. Where it loses points is sound quality and the cord material. Sound quality is tricky - I use some over the ear headphones and the sound is full. These are tingy. I get it, they are earbuds, they won’t sound as good. But the previous generation of Symphonized ear buds sounded closer to the over the ear ones than they sound like these. As for the cord - the rubber material sticks to things. So now I not only have to worry about getting tangled because I’m still dumb and use a cord, but if it rubs against anything smooth, it clings on and sometimes the earbud falls out of my ear. So while not perfect, neither of these are major detractors. They serve the function they were created for at a good price. Lucky for me, my dog will eat them soon enough and maybe these short comings will be improved the next time I buy them!

My impressions are as they were with my first set of basic of wired Symphonized headphones. Excellent tonal response and superior comfort. These NRG X came with a round zippered pouch, and a carabiner so you can clip it to your belt loops. They include 9 sets of ear tips, so there's every size and comfort imaginable for everyone. They even included a shirt clip so you won't lose them. I have 4 pairs of their Bluetooth IEM headphones and now 3 sets of wired ones. All have fine wood construction, which gives exceptional insulation and it's like wearing a set of high fidelity speaker cabinets on your head! I've had almost every major brand out there; these are far superior. Any issues will be gladly addressed by the company directly. I asked for a shirt clip so I would lose a set of Bluetooth IEM's, and Symphonized mailed me a pacquet of three at no charge! Excellent product and customer service! I highly recommend this pair or any of the Symphonized line of quality headphones!

I received these earbuds on a lightning deal. I needed new work headphones and i saw some very trustworthy positive reviews. When I received my earbuds the sound quality was top notch. I was listening to everything testing different music I'd typically listen to at work. The next day I plugged them into my phone the left ear was muted. I tried different ear buds, different sources but the left ear died. I requested a replacement and am waiting for that to complete my review. Hopefully it was just a bad batch. The ear buds themselves are great quality. Fit nicely in the ear's. the cord is very long and feels extremely durable. Sound quality is top notch for the price. Update: They really sound great especially for the price! I just got a bad batch. Thank you for the replacement!

I have purchased over 50 of the symphonized 3.0 earbuds. So obviously I was an enthusiastic fan. Fanatic that is. I consider myself a music Aficionado and was a DJ for many many years and I'm very particular about my sound. I do not leave the house without my earbuds. And I mean not to the mailbox. Sympathized made a product that was exactly to my taste. I'm more interested in crisp highs as opposed to booming bass. My 10 band equalizer, of course adjusted according to sound quality of audiophile, is exactly where I want it to be each song, every time. However lately, symphonized quality is not what it used to be. When I contacted the company over a faulty pair that began clipping in and out of the Left Channel earbud they sent me a replacement. I explained to them that on a very limited budget I have already purchased 50 of their 3.0 NRG earbuds and maybe they could send me something as a sort of "thank you" gift such as maybe a t-shirt or an extra case, bumper sticker, Etc. The representative told me she would talk to that department and let me know . They sent me the replacement minus the extra tips which are essential for good sound quality. And the bonus gift was a defective pair of symphonized earbuds, obviously for the female race with little rhinestones and purple that were completely defective The company is just not what it used to be. The cable used to be right angled, which I did not like initially however it was a much thicker right angled tip as opposed to now where it is a straight tip but not quite as thick and grounded. I have subsequently bought the last two or three pair in blue and the speaker on one side inevitably blue over moderate sound without overwhelming base of course Within weeks. Highly disappointed and highly discouraged as I don't have another brand to turn to. This brand was Notorious for being clear and crisp. A sound that only wooddefective AND obviously USED. These earbuds have always been exceptionally Well crafted and attractive and certainly worth the price, not to mention could take a beating as I wear them everywhere and I'm pretty aggressive with them However, for whatever reason, they're nowhere near what they used to be. For me the sound quality is the best of any earbud under $50 and better than most earbuds up to $150 . So I keep the working pair that I have with the hopes of finding another affordable brand that are comparable with what Symphonized USED to be (unfortunately 🥴)

I am baffled by the scores of good reviews for these things. They look great and are packaged nice, and that's about all I can say that's good about them. Two main issues: 1) They do not stay in my ears. Yes, I tried all the different sized adapter pads that came in the package. I don't have super deformed of extra large ears, for the record. When I was simply sitting still, the phones would fall out of my ears after a few seconds. If I really shoved them deep into my canal they had a slightly better chance of staying, but that was uncomfortable and unsafe. 2) They sound terrible. I did manually hold the phones in my ears long enough to evaluate sound quality. The sound was tinny and lacking in bass. Now here's the really funny thing. I also ordered a cheap $18 made in China mp3 player when I got these. That mp3 player came with a stock pair of generic white earbuds. Those stock earbuds actually stayed in my ears and have noticeably fuller sound quality with a pleasing bass presence. In my opinion these are overpriced garbage, unless I just got a bad pair.

Let me preface by saying I am someone who has primarily used cheaper ear buds which could be bought in stores. I was usually satisfied with the sound quality of those types of cheap ear buds, but they would always break after a few months to a year. These have lasted years. The black plastic tubing that surrounds the wire that connects to the buds themselves did break, but that hasn't caused any noticeable issues what so ever. So I have to give it to these in terms of quality. The next thing I'd like to mention is that these also blow any of the cheaper ear buds I've used away in terms of sound quality and clarity. I can hear more in songs that I ever had before. Perhaps part of that is due to maturing and listening more carefully, but definitely not all of it. I am thoroughly impressed with the sound quality. In the future when I try out more quality ear buds perhaps my opinions here will change, but for now I am quite happy with these. I don't listen to music on traditional headphones. I don't find them comfortable, so I wasn't factoring any traditional headphones into my review. Only iem.
