It feels nice. Problem is when I opened the sealed box,alot of the product was spilled through out the box. Don't know if I will buy again

I have tried countless facial cleansers. This is the best, BY FAR. It's not thick, goopy, oily, or drying. It's just right!

I have no idea if this is a good cleanser because I can’t even get it out of the bottle. It’s so thick the pump can’t pull any up.

dermaXgen I have one complaint - your container stinks. The pump does not work and the face wash is so thick that it was never going to work with that type of pump. You need to rethink your packaging and maybe put your face wash in a jar. No one will be offended, I promise. We will actually be glad. Now, here is the deal, I have extremely sensitive skin. My skin is so sensitive, that those products that say "for sensitive skin" or "now reformulated for sensitive skin" or "no chemicals" or "no irritants" - I usually cannot use any of those products. I have probably tried hundreds of different soaps, lotions, shampoos, and creams over the last 40 years and I have given away, returned or thrown away almost as many. It is a frustrating way of life. When I ordered dermaXgen facial cleaner I did it out of desperation. I have developed milia, or keratin cysts, on my face near my eyes, and my doctor has suggested I start to wash my face with a more daily hydrating face wash. Ugh. When I opened the container I immediately felt defeated because the pump does not work. The wash is thick and awkward and difficult to get out of the container. I cut the entire top off the container and scooped everything out and put all the dermaXgen in a small glass container. When I am in the shower I just grab a dollop with clean hands and add some water. The pump dermaXgen provides is pointless. This face wash works. I wash my face in the shower with my hands and then wipe everything off with a soft cotton washcloth. My skin has never been softer. I have been using it for 5 days and I have not had any allergic reactions or issues. For me this is huge. My face feels better. My skin feels less dry and less itchy. This will not cure the milia, but it will help to prevent more from appearing. I am also using this also with a facial scrub once per week. I also use sunscreen every morning.

This Vitamin C Cleanser from Dermaxgen arrives packed within a box, that features plenty of information about the cleanser, and does well in protecting the pump bottle so it arrives in one piece. The list of ingredients seems decent, the description notes that this cleanser is Alcohol Free, Fragrances Free, and Never Tested on Animals. The consistency of the cleanser is a thick white cream. It’s a thick cream, not runny. Using the cleanser I followed the directions by dampening my face and finger-tips, I then squeezed some of the product to my fingertips, lathered it together a bit to get it going and then massaged it all over my face prior to rinsing it off. I found the cleanser rinsed off well. There is a light citrus fragrance, so I didn’t find the cleanser to be, “Fragrance Free”, however the scent is fine, and after washing my face, I couldn’t detect any residual smell from the cleanser. Overall, for the price, this face cleanser works pretty well, and my skin handled it fine without any issues. The only gripe I have, is that Dermaxgen mentions on the packaging that this ;product is, “Manufactured for” them, however it does not actually read where this product is manufactured…
