No. $59.96 is the manufacturer suggested retail price but if you are an Amazon Prime member then you can pre-order this and most other games at a discounted rate of $47.99 and get it at the day of release by selecting free 2 day shipping. That's $12 savings and a better price then any other retailer that I've ever seen sell new release games. It's really the best deal in new video game retail; even better then another major gaming retailer that sells a membership whose discounts are based on a complicated points algorithm--just STOP it already.

Will this item recieve the prime preorder discount?
