Got this for motovlogging and even with an extended arm it holds the go pro extremely well. I will 100% recommend this product.

I'm not sure why some people rated this less than a 5. I have adhesion pads, but ended up using these to try them out. Held up fine on a day ride and then took a 4 day ride to northern Ontario with a GoPro mounted and this thing held solid on my helmet. I opted for a side mounting instead of the front and I was able to get a prefect angle with no helmet showing in the video. I also used the supplied safety anchor just in case. Make sure the surface is clean, hold the mount in place for about a minute and let it bond for about 24hrs - do that and you'll have no issues.

The mount is decent quality, easily adjustable. I had to switch around the arms on the mount to get the shorter arms at the bottom where the camera gets mounted to get the camera at the location I wanted it. Very easy adjustment. The sticky pads seem good, stuck very strong after being heated a bit with a lighter. After all the screws on the mount have been tightened the arm seems very sturdy. I haven’t ridden with it yet but it seems like it will be good. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The camera sits almost completely out of my line of sight and with the safety line for extra piece of mind I think this mount is a pretty solid deal.

Bought to mount a GoPro 10 on the right side and extend to the front. This did the trick perfectly. It was a little fiddly to get straight and the camera is still on a slight angle but is acceptable. You can also set the GoPro to self adjust the video so even if it was tilted, the video will turn out ok. Has several adhesive pieces which I did not use, opting for the one that came with the GoPro so I can't talk about those.
