This is a fun megaphone for kid sporting events or at the beach. One problem. The box and directions very clearly state that it takes 4 C batteries. No. It takes 4 D batteries.

Siren works good. Jingle tune is a weird option but mine has a static cracking noise even at mid volume. The voice microphone requires me to almost yell and have my lips as close as possible to work.

I use this to call students when recess is over. This is a good tool for me.

This thing SUCKS. Distance is not as advertised and good luck getting the battery compartment to connect to the batteries without wrapping it in duct tape. This is a KIDS TOY. Set your money on fire instead of buying one. You lose either way.

Yes, I am one of those parents who cheer for their kids on the sidelines in a sport where most do not. I’ve lost my voice on more than one occasion cheering for my little soccer players and their teams. Now, I have this!! Do I still scream and shout, yes. Do I still loose my voice, not yet. I also love the siren/alarm feature on this. I use it when the kids score a goal. It’s very loud for its size and easy to use. Just don’t forget to turn it off when you’re not using it or the alarm might surprise you.
