Being bulky would be the last thing on your mind. Try taking this twice daily for 2 weeks. Morning and night before bed. Also, watch your diet and try to have at least 5 to 6 meals including the Carnivor.

I take this after every workout, It helps out with recovery and muscle gain. As for the taste ,it tastes much better then any protein powder I tried. Gains are up but I suggest a preworkout for strength.

I like to shortly after. Normally within 5-10 minutes. When my stomach feels ready and my HR is back to normal
