This has been my standard for several years. Not only is it a great multivitamin/mineral, but it also has goodies that take the edge of stiffness/arthritis.

Love this product!
Bio flex has relieved major aches in my legs and sciatica. I don’t take the full dosage, taking 2 pills daily rather than 4 based on the advice of my chiropractor, who promotes the product. I will continue the usage because it has worked well for me.
