Being someone who is constantly looking to lose a few pounds, I felt compelled to leave an honest review. If you are going to count on them to fully curb your appetite- don’t. They only work when combined with a low carb diet and workout schedule. They will moderately curb your appetite by about 20-30%. They also work better after consistent use I personally started to feel less hungry after a week of taking them twice a day. They will mess up your sleep cycle as there is caffeine in them and you will eventually have sleepless nights. However main purpose that they Served for me was that after two weeks I didn’t feel as hungry and started eating much less portions. They’re not miracle but they’re a moderate help

Don't just blindly believe the hype you see on TikTok about these pills. Unless you're already eating healthy, they arent going to do anything for you. With that said, I can tell a slight difference but not enough to purchase again and continue taking them.

First of all, I was skeptical buying this product; was not sure it would work for me and even still when some friends recommended them. However, the assurance I got was when I saw they lost weight on this particular brand of pills. I decided to see if it will do the same for me - dropping some pounds off, so I bought the pills. I purchased this pills beginning of March 2020, but did not start taking them until end of April 2020. I used the Keto for weight loss; I began fine, began a diet along with it, but with company visiting, I found myself falling away from the types of food to work along with the Keto, therefore, I didn’t loose as much as I would have liked, leaving the Keto alone to work; It did work and I did loose, however, this is why I look forward to the second bottle, so I can adjust my food intake with the Keto and arrive at a better result.
