These worked well for me. I do feel like I lost a couple of pounds while using them. Don't just blindly believe the hype you see on TikTok about these pills. Unless you're already eating healthy, they arent going to do anything for you. With that said, I can tell a slight difference but not enough to purchase again and continue taking them.

They just make you less hungry

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I have been doing Keto for about a month (eating less than 30 net carbs per day) and was still having difficulty loosing weight. I am trying to loose my last 10 pounds, which I know can be a challenge. With this product I have lost about 1.5 pounds over the last 7 days. That doesn't sound like a lot but trust me, for me its a huge improvement. This product greatly increased my level of focus as well. I've been working from home for several weeks and definitely noticed I'm able to pay attention for longer periods of time. I normally eat around 10:30am, have a small lunch around 3pm and a light dinner at 7:30pm and don't get very hungry in between meals. In addition, the ingredients are natural, which is a huge plus. It has not impacted my sleep at all. Truthfully, I didn't have high expectations of this product and was extremely pleased with the results so far. I will be using this long term.
