Piece of junk - do not buy
This is the first time I have written a review, and I've purchased many things on Amazon; I am irritated and compelled. I purchased 2 adapters. Right of of the wrapping, one worked, the other did not. Not to mention the volume control does not work. And I see no way to return it. When I went to do so, it said the items was not returnable. What? How do I contact the company? I can't figure it out. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK THAT IS NOT ADVERTISED CORRECTLY!

Not well made.
I took my first walk using this adapter. It didn't make it the 2 miles before the wires sheered and broke apart. I was only walking on a smooth path so nothing unusual. I was compatible with with iPhone XR.

Fake reviews and the product doesn't work
Most of the reviews on this item are fake and pertain to other items. The item does not work and the seller does not allow me to return it. Do not waste your time and money on this object.

Terrible, finicky and cheap
This does not work from the minute I received it. It is very finicky and consistently distorts sound. Frustrated and changed my other cords out and still doesn’t work.

Am returning does not control volume, start stop podcast on iPhone XS as stated.Edit: Received full refund. Gave vendor 5 star for prompt service.

worked one day
Used this one day and it worked great. Second time i used it it didn't work....and no returns or way to contact seller...don't waste your money

Waste of money
Used to love it at first but now it’s terrible. I only used it for like a week and already it’s giving me problems. I know it’s not my headphones because they work just fine on everything else

False advertising
The item does not function as advertised. Though the audio works, the microphone and volume controls do not, as indicated in the product description. Furthermore, the item is not eligible for returns. This is the most disappointing Amazon purchase I've made.
