Shilajit is one of the potent medicines capable of boosting the wellness apart from what it's famous for. It is rare and expensive so the likelihood of getting a fake product is high. I did lots of reading and browsing to figure out ways to determine if a particular variant is better and genuine. So among the powder, liquid resin and solid resin, the best bet is the liquid one. As it is least processed,and least heated, it is likely to be purest. It is easy to use, and most absorbed by the intestines. The shilajit from Himalaya is the best. But whether the liquid is genuine is a tricky thing to handle. There are a few tests that can indicate purity but still they are not totally reliable. I have tried them on this brand. The liquid mixes completely in water. ✅ The liquid doesn't burn but when heated it rises and turns to hard ash. ✅ The water turns brown and not black or orange. ✅ The smell is strong and not likeable. It is yuck..... ✅ But it's a medicine and I take it with my nose pinched. The packing of this product is very premium. The container is glass and comes with a tiny metal spoon...guess it is brass .....for measuring the tiny amount needed. The product has a brochure covering everything you need to know about its benefits and sourcing. The liquid is thick black and looks like tar. The smell is not something you'll like. The taste is bland.... can be mixed with milk or smoothies but never used It like that. It's been more than 25 days since I started using this. I have been using it along with other members of the family , once in the morning , in normal water. We all definitely feel better in terms of energy and general wellness. The middle aged members have felt a boost in strength...... Well, shilajit somehow got famous more as an aphrodisiac and many don't know it is a powerhouse of easily bio available nutrients for both man and women. It has remarkable benefits from boosting immunity, prevention of disease to sharpening of mind and an anti aging elixir. We will continue to take it for its amazing effects on the human body. I purchase this shilajit last 2 month ago bt now the shilajit has been stay hard, ekdam kadak ho gaya hai.

Not a genuine product

I stumbled upon Upakarma Ayurveda Shilajit one day as I was looking for energy supplements/ muscle repair supplements/ or just overall supplements beneficial for health. It is nothing short of amazing. I take just over a pea-sized ball in the morning and then another smaller serving in the afternoon. I've been struggling with fatigue. I'm a very active person and eat healthy, but the energy just wasn't there. I'd crash a lot of the time in the afternoon. So I started taking Shilajit, and within a month boom! I experienced an awesome wave of energy and just felt amazing overall. I heard that to reap the full benefits of Shilajit you should take it for a couple of months. Well it's getting to that point and I'm noticing the long term benefits as well, including better sleep, muscle's repair in 1/2 the time, skin is a lot clearer, joints hardly hurt, no more brain fog for the most part, I don't drink coffee/ tea anymore (no need), libido is way up. Shilajit is a game-changer for sure, so glad I found out about it. Thanks Amazon.

Good product not 100% but 70,80% ok ok

It's been 1 month since i start using this shilajit,for starting 3-4 days i couldn't get any benefits but after using this with hot water in morning empty stomach and hot milk at night after dinner i start getting results,1st thing i noticed that i am getting good and faster sleep at night (before using it it's hard for me to sleep early and bcs of less sleep i used to feel dizzy all day),2nd thing i noticed that i am feeling more confident and my sexual life is way better then before,good amount of sperm count,Happy with this product and going to buy again soon😉👌🏻

This is a lot more watery than other brands.

Bad, It was in liquid form and more than half of the bottle is empty. Unfortunately I cannot return it. Sad.
