roaring 20s dress for women

I ordered this dress so I could be a 1920s Flapper Girl for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. It's absolutely Stunning! I received so many compliments throughout the night. It fit as expected (true to size) and durable quality. I was worried the sequins or pearl strands would pop off after riding roller coasters but even after a night of partying, walking and rides the dress still looked and felt fantastic. The best part is that this dress does not feel like a costume... It's beautifully made and very glam. I could definitely see myself wearing it to a wedding, special event or evening out.

Purchased for a Harlem Renaissance themed gala. I am 5’8” and weigh 139 lbs. The medium fits perfectly! Not too tight and falls nicely over my 56 year old hips.

This dress is beautiful! I wore it to a 1920s themed party and got tons of compliments. It fits well, the beading is gorgeous and it's well made, especially for the price! I was worried about it being too short (I'm 5'11"), but I was totally comfortable with where it hit on my legs (fringe came to knee). It would certainly work for someone shorter too though, it would just be a different aesthetic. I would recommended this in a heartbeat!

I’m a frequent Amazon user and I have to say for someone who has a hard time finding well fitting dresses- I am beyond impressed! Quality is great! SOO comfortable. Fits nicely. I am 5”5 about 117lbs. It fits slightly loose in the stomach area but it’s tight in the right spots making it super flattering and comfortable to move around in! (Keep in mind I heavy lift at the gym so it might just fit that way on me). I got the black/gold and it’s honestly so beautiful!! 10/10 buy. I will update on how it holds up throughout my usage.

I ordered a small and a medium and the medium fit the best. I’m 5”2, 145lbs. It was as still kind of loose in the arms, but the chest area was good.

This dress receives 4 stars because it is actually very nice and well-made considering its very low price. The picture shows the sequins as being silver, but they are definitely gold. It is a nice dress, however, it runs way too large and the size chart is inaccurate. I first ordered a Medium based on the measurements in the size chart. The Medium dress fit more like a large or extra large. I exchanged the dress for a small and it was still too baggy. There was not a smaller size, so I will have to have the dress taken in. Definitely order one size down and expect it to not have much of a waist as it is supposed to be a 1920s dress.

Pretty but it did not fit right. Too big in the shoulders and the under slip did not lay right at the bottom. I ordered a small and I'm 5'3" and the fringe came just below my knee- which made the dress a little too long for me as well. My approximate measurements are 32, 28, 36 if that helps. I will be returning.
