Wow, it's the only natural product that helps me to sleep. I suffering from insomnia since I had a night job from 10pm to 6 am, the worst schedule to have, even was for a short time and 17 years ago. But ruelly ruined my sleep plus the stress I had and the pass. I remember when I was 24. that year I only can sleep with ambien pills. Since then I try everything or just accept, but having a kids it's hard to be patient when you don't sleep well... now the I discoverer this drops I love it. I still woke up around 3 am just when I am more anxious, I take another one or two dropped and back to sleep. I'm really thankful the finaly I find something natural that helps me to sleep.... I have been using this product for about a year. It consistently helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I have had problems with night anxiety for years, to the point of pharmacology use (Dr. monitored). After stopping the med use sleep was tenuous at best, seldom did I sleep more that 4 hours a night, fitfully most of the time. Life was pretty much a daymare. I use all of the tricks in the book to facilitate good sleep, warm bath, no computer/tv at night, limited caffeine use, ambient noise machine, sometimes electronic sleep app (hypnotic or sleep stories), sleep mask, sometimes a warm drink, reading a dull book, meditative techniques, regular bed time. All of these are good but anxiety is insidious and near impossible to combat in the night. This herbal remedy is what tips the scales in my favor to help fall me drift into sleep and back to sleep if I awaken in the night. I do not feel groggy in the morning and consistently get 7 - 8 hours of sleep. I hope the NoctuRest producers never stop making this solution. It has given me back a sense of balance and the ability to cope with life stressors. It does taste weird, kind of funky, but that is small compared to the benefits.

I loved this product!! I have been on a prescription anti anxiety med for many years to help me sleep, and wanted to try something natural instead. I did extensive research, and found Nocturest. I read hundreds of reviews, consulted my homeopathic pharmacist who gave it a big thumbs up because it didn’t interact with my prescriptions, and had all of the natural ingredients known to be condusive to sleep. I was able to wean off my anti anxiety med over a week with the help of Nocturest, and I’m now using it exclusively. I take it a half hour to an hour before I want to go to sleep, and I am able to drift to sleep within 5 minutes! I sometimes wake up during the night to change positions, because I have hip/back pain, but am able to fall back to sleep easily. I wake up refreshed and rested, with no grogginess. It tastes funny (herby, I guess), I take under my tongue, then wash down with a 4oz glass of milk with a tablespoon of tart cherry juice concentrate. I have been taking NoctuRest since May 2018 and it's really been a God send. For years I took Tylenol PM and even though it worked I knew that supposedly it would damage my liver so I was looking for something natural that would help. I have been having a good night sleep since May. Honestly, I still wake up a couple of times during the night but I do fall asleep within 30 minutes after taking it. Unfortunately I only get about 6 hours of sleep because of very early work hours. The best part about it is that I placed the order on 8/23, got an email back stating it would be arriving between 8/30 and 9/7, to my surprise I had it at my house on 8/25, that's what I call service!!!!! Hopefully it'll keep working so that I don't have to destroy my liver. BTW, I wake up feeling rested.

This product works well for me in producing a sound, deep sleep. A side effect is that I seem to be experiencing some strange dreams: not bad...just strange. Not sure if this is attributable to the product, but they seem to be more frequent.

For years, I have been looking for sleep aid that isn't pharmaceutical, and actually works to still my mind and allow good rest. I've been using this for past few months and am impressed that it continues to put me to sleep within 40 mins, and I don't wake for at least 5 hours...returning to sleep fairly easily. No negative side effects. However, I have had to increase my dose over time, as I become a bit more resistant since I do use it daily. I'm using 2x the amount suggested. That said, the sleep I get is still worth the extra cost... Fingers crossed I don't become totally resistant since I like this aid best!

I bought this for my husband who is a pilot, works off hours, has unnatural sleep patterns, traverses several time zones in one day and therefore has a great deal of difficulty with sleep. While I am a medical provider, I am not a proponent of prescription sleep medications, except in very limited instances. My husband also does not like to take prescription medications or any substances that will make him feel altered in any way. We have tried many different natural substances including melatonin, ylang ylang, gaba, bioactive milk peptides, sendara, ashwaghanda, and various others, with mixed, but not adequate, results. NoctuRest worked great from the get-go. Took about 20-30 minutes to kick in and he went to sleep. Even if he awoke during the night, he reported being able to go right back to sleep and did not feel drugged in the least. We hope to continue to have great results.
