These gel packs are very well made and so easy to use—I honestly love them. I use them for foot and ankle pain, and they work great whether I need cold or heat therapy. The gel stays flexible even when frozen, which makes it comfortable to wrap around the foot or ankle, and it heats up easily in the microwave for soothing relief. I really like that the wrap is adjustable and fits well on either foot, plus you can still walk while wearing it, which is a huge plus. The compression feels supportive without being too tight, and the materials feel durable and high quality. I also appreciate that they’re reusable, non-toxic, and safe for the whole family. Overall, this is a super practical, effective product and a great addition to any first-aid or recovery routine.

I had bunion surgery in January and have, ever since, about twice a day, dealt with wrapping a gel ice pack in a long towel to tie around my foot. I also pulled a tendon in my ankle two years ago and sprained an ankle last year, so I am well-versed with that solution for wrapping an ice pack around my foot. Then last week, I had an epiphany—surely someone has noticed this issue and made an ice pack JUST for feet! I checked Amazon, found this baby, and ordered it right away. I like that it's super simple. You don't have to figure out how to use it, you just put it on. I put the soft side down directly on my foot and it's great. Then you wrap. Voila. I have found it to work perfectly for my ex-bunion (around my big toe), and also for my ankle. The only thing is that while it's nice and cold... it doesn't quite get the same cold as one of those gel packs. So I tried putting this pack down, put a gel pack on top, and wrapped it. IT'S PERFECT. It's so secure and covers exactly the area I want to ice. I'm so happy. I highly recommend this thing and I will be ordering another so I can use one at night (wear it to bed) and one in the morning.

They’re hard to keep on. Maybe if there was more Velcro and you could wrap around a couple times it would be great. I like the fact that they are malleable. They don’t hold the cold for that long, but they have definitely been effective in treating my elbows and knees quickly. I would recommend them even though they’re not perfect.

The best for fast therapy and relief. Great for about 15 minutes.

I'm a fan of these wrap on ice packs, but this one was disappointing. The photo looks like the contoured shape would be perfect for all kinds of areas, but it didn't work that way. The straps only went in the center, leaving the curved edges sticking out. I had to use two other straps to keep them down. Also, it's smaller than it looks, probably better for kids. I returned this. Good idea, but not a good design, cheaply made and looked like it would fall apart.

This little thing is great! I work in a factory and my elbow started to bug me from the repetitive motion my work has me do. So I ordered my first one. It's awesome, I wrap it around my arm around my knee, or just use it as a soft ice pack. It's so convenient to just just wrap it around me and then I don't have to stop what I'm doing to feel better for the rest of the day. I used it so much I had to buy a second one for my boyfriends house cause we both wanted to use it at the same time. The only thing is it doesn't stay supper cold for a super long time. But it's perfect to numb whatever you need for 20 minutes.

This does exactly what you would expect! Pro: - holds it in place - very flexible when frozen - the bag it comes in, keep it and freeze it in that bag - Velcro strap is stretchy making it easier to get a custom fit. Con: - Wish the Velcro strap was a little longer, works perfect for ankle but wife wanted it for her knee also

At first I didn't think I'd like this as the velcro is made so that you put the fabric side against your skin. I wanted it colder so if you twist the velcro you can put the bead side against your skin and still fasten it. The shape of the gel pack is a bit odd, but I wanted to use this for plantar fasciitis pain so under my heel and bottom of my foot. This works pretty well once I figured out to flip over the strap. The price was good at $8 as I wouldn't pay a lot more for this gel bead type.

1)not cold enough on the cushion side when strap on. 2) not flexible enough when cold to around ankle contour 3) strapin lack the capability to secure firmly.

I get gout flares so these are super helpful for when those flares affect a foot or ankle. The freeze quickly and the suede side saves your skin from any frostbite. Can adapt to however you wish to strap stuff up.

Bought it for my father, and he loved it. We still use it till this day no problems.

Muy amablemente me reembolsó el envío rápido que había pagado, el importe del producto y para no grata sorpresa días después me mandó el tobillero de regalo como disculpa por los inconvenientes. De verdad que se nota la diferencia de atención al cliente de empresas extranjeras, por lo menos en este caso. El producto se ve muy bien y lo comenzaré a utilizar para ayudar en la desinflamación de mi cirugía de tobillo.

It arrived super fast & freezes at right temp. Great idea to have strap attached (although diff side to instructions). Its perfect for my broken ankle & foot in helping to reduce pain & swelling, saving me hassle of other icing methods.
