Big, fat, chewy dates with a lovely toffee like flavour. Not dry and no flaky skins. No issues with worms or bugs in them so far either. They are on the expensive side, but a couple a day keeps the sweet cravings away and help…… erm…. keep things moving, if you know what I mean 🙄. Probably make excellent sticky toffee pudding as well, but bit costly for that and actually lovely just as they are. Great gift idea for those wanting an alternative to sugar loaded confectionery this year. I’ll definitely be buying again.

I bought them because of the reviews. The are a price but worth it if as good as they say. They are lovely and soft chewy and I know are very good for you. So yes they have passed the test and gorgeous. Very naturally sweet but just a couple a day. Excellent!

I used these to make parma ham stuffed dates. They were perfect size for this tasty treat.

Excellent dates, no dry portions

Keep in the refrigerator! Why? Why put a fruit that needs the sun to ripen into a freezer? Then defrost them (how long ago?) and instruct one to keep the dates in the ‘fridge. These are dry, hard and flavourless. Really disappointed. Way too expensive to throw away but we find them almost inedible. Don’t waste your money. Wish I’d waited longer until my favourite came back into stock. NO! Heck, they are for the BIN.
