Hair spay is firm hold but not hard hair is still plyable

No. It’s only made to protect your hair from heat, humidity and sun. Not your actual scalp

I use tre semme extra hold hairspray. have you tried this "on top" of a regular hairspray just for the spf properties? does it work or get sticky?

I have never used it on top of regular hairspray and I use tresemme hairspray as well. But I use the heliums air by itself and it works great. Of course if you use too much it gets sticky. I love this spray. So glad I found it. And I am a hairdresser.

Is it fragrance free?

No, but it has a nice, light fragrance. Nothing fruity, flowery, industrial or mediciney. I don't notice it after I've sprayed it on my hair. And I really like the spray. It's all I use.
