Cleaning Tools Telescoping Car Wash Brush Extend Handle for Added Reach

I spent the extra bucks for the extra features of this unit versus the cheaper options. The soap holder is great and the spray/brush diverter works well. So far the valves, shutoff lever, extension seals, and hose connection are working well.Having on-board soap dispensing really keeps the job moving... no need to constantly dunk the brush head into a pail. And you're only using what you need without waste.I carefully checked the vehicle finish after using this and could not detect any level of scratching or swirls even though my rig was quite dirty and required some substantial pressure to dislodge the caked on crud.Time will tell if everything holds up after multiple seasons of use, but it sure seems well built and thoughtfully designed.

The concept of how everything is laid out works. The plastic connector that goes from the hose to the wand doesnt stay seated when the water button is off. The pressure from the water unseats the connector and anyone within 3 to 4 feet gets a bath. Either the connector needs to be made of better materials (like stainless) or changed to a normal hose connector. Also, there is this nice little rubber washer in the accessory box that needs to be seated between the soap reservoir and the extension (they kinda forgot to mention that in the instructions). The instructions could've been a little better as well.When all was figured out and no pressure on the hose/wand quick connector, it works relatively well. I will keep the item and figure a way to fix the problem. If I find a way, it will be added to my review later.UPDATE: So I went to Home depot and bought the quick connector in the attached picture to give it a try. It works so far. Even when I turn off the switch to stop the water pass-through, the pressure doesn't pop the connector off.

The coupler from the brush to the hose does not stay connected, resulting in being frequently sprayed by the hose. The brush is also a little heavy, but is otherwise a nice brush that cleans quite effectively!

I get it. The concept of having soap in the brush handle sounds great... in theory. However, you live and you learn. This thing is a huge waste of time. The hole where you ad the soap is mostly blocked by the mechanism inside. The soft foam handles get wet and slippery and lose grip. All the hose adaptors are plastic. And its an absolute total pain to rinse out. If you're going to end up having to dip the brush in the soap bucket anyway, you're much better off buying a big soft bristle brush (I bought the yellow 10-inch one) and an extension handle. Like I said, live and learn. BTW, the only reason I gave this item 1 star was because the review wouldn't let me give it ZERO STARS. C'mon Amazon!

Great so far! I like the control switches for water soap and the spray nozzle. The only issue I had was the soap is a bit thick so took a long time for the vessel to accept it. I put my soap bottle in a bucket of warm water to help this. It's very sturdy and appears to be well built compared to other similar brushes I'm owned.

I don’t like the fact the I can’t control the water pressure with the on/off switch. The quick release green plastic piece that is attach to the hose looks very fragile and will break after a few uses. I really don’t like it for washing the body of my vehicle, maybe just the wheels, but I think it might just be a better tool for washing the windows in you’re house and other objects that needs deep cleaning.

I would say this brush is good for dipping in a bucket and washing your car. As far as dispensing its own soap: not so much. If your car is already covered in soap, this is a decent brush for gently scrubbing the paint. Had I known this, I would have simply bought a dip-only style brush.

This is a well made produce, pros, easy to use, quality materials, cons, no so easy to fill in the wash soap, brush head should/could be wider than 8" or 9", plastic adapters and/or hose connections.
