The whole unit is prone to move if weight on the arms is not downward and close to equal on both sides. The unit is portable and not securely anchored to floor or wall. It is adjustable so there is some movement inherent in that feature. It is also foldable so it is essential the plastic "locks" are in place when opened for use.

Having foot surgery and nonbearing weight of right foot for 2months.  Is this toilet rail easy to use with one good leg? Is it adjustable in heigh?

It is very easy to use. It is adjustable. It is very easy to set up. My Mom is 95 and uses it all the time. It is suppose to suction in the back legs onto the floor but it does not suction to the floor in my bathroom. I have linoleum flooring in my bathroom. I believe you will be able to get yourself up and down on and off the toilet by shifting yourself around and using the hand supports to help you rise up. It looks like a walker but with out wheels.

Why there is no dimension diagram?? Ie. The height from floor to the side braces, and the width or opening?

The height from floor to side braces is 26 inches at the front, 28 inches at the back at the lowest adjustment.  It can be raised in about one inch increments up to 7 inches taller.  The width is 23 inches.  Front to back dimension 14 inches at the top, 17 inches at the base.
