Between genetics, my underactive thyroid, and postpartum hair loss, my hair is a hot mess. I had stopped wearing my hair up because it ended up being more work for me and take more time for me to put it up and try to strategically move all of my hair to cover my thin/bald spots on the sides of my head. Ever since covid however, and being in healthcare, I have started wearing my hair up again. I was constantly frustrated spending so much time on my hair, and reminded of just how bad the thinning is. I have used a spray on color before, but I didn’t like the way it made my hair feel. I also usually only wash my hair every other day, and with that color spray, I was needing to wash it every day. I gave up on the spray. I was really excited to find this hair fiber product on Amazon though! I always look at reviews, and I was happy to see all of the good ones on this product, and also the amazing results in the pictures people were posting. I decided to give it a shot, and it has been a game changer! The color somehow matches perfectly. It completely covers my bald/thin spots and looks natural. I can easily wipe it off and redo it if I need to. Doesn’t leave a weird residue or texture on my hair. I have received several compliments from my coworkers. I am so excited to have found this product and have gained back some self-confidence!

Extremely helpful product for those with thinning sections of hair. Thanks to menopause I have a widening part, and this GBG hair fiber helps camouflage my scalp. I have used it for years and have no complaints.

I have had the thickest hair all my life (58 yrs) and hairdressers still say i do but i know on the top that is not true anymore. I didn't know of any products that were out there until i started the research and found Get Back Gorgeous. They had/have the best reviews so I thought i would try it. For the price, even if i didn't like it, it was not a complete lose. I choose the gray (i'm gray and blonde) and it matched my gray exactly which i didn't expect. It covered everything I sprinkled it on and once you pat in the fibers, you cannot tell anything is there. I am going to grab a different color and mix them to get the perfect balance. I love it!

They work well, but the dark blonde is yellow. Its better to stick with light brown.

My hair is thinning rather rapidly these days, thanks to genetics. My mother and all her sisters had thinning hair--some were close to bald by the age of 65! I refuse to be that woman. Using this product, as much as I was an extreme skeptic before getting started (thought of all the rave reviews as hype!) has been very eye-opening for me. I don't like the term "life changing" because it's not. Perhaps I would say this is an "Extreme Confidence Booster" instead. No man could ever understand what thinning hair means to a woman. Even women, unless they have the issue themselves, would not understand. Since using this product, I have noticed that it makes my hair appear much thicker than it is, and it is visually undetectable to the naked eye (unless someone comes at you with a magnifying glass!!). I will also say that (at least for myself) my appearance seems younger. I use it just about every day now and I am still getting used to sprinkling it on the thin spots. The whole "mirror makes things opposite" thing still messes with me some days. Yes, it can get everywhere if you are not careful, but I don't mind wiping down my vanity. I see people saying that if they fun their fingers through their hair it gets all over their hands. Well, yeah, I guess it would. For myself, I try not to do that. If I have an itch on my scalp during the day and I need to scratch it, I'm just careful. Then if I need to I go wash my hands, well it's not like I'm not doing that a hundred times a day anyway, working in a medical office and being COVID conscious! For me, it is definitely worth the effort. This is one product I definitely recommend and will continue to use until it is not available for sale!

I've lost my hair twice to illness, and the crown came back at maybe a 1/4 density, on top of having very fine hair. This is the only product I've found that made it so I could style my hair without scalp showing, amd without using a lot of heat & product. The first one I ordered was medium brown. The fibers worked perfectly, you could not tell they were there. They thickened, and they covered. However, the medium brown was too light, and I needed a couple shades darker. So this time I ordered the dark brown, it is straight up black, and it clumps together like crazy. I can't put it on my scalp at all, it literally looks like my mascara. It's that dark. And because it's so clumpy, it doesn't cling to the hair properly, and just sticks to the scalp and ends up looking all splotchy and spotty. I am going to try one more, because the first bottle worked so well. I've been recommending it to people like crazy, so to receive a bottle that is so awful is concerning.

I ordered this based on the overall good reviews but was shocked when I read the ingredient label. It has no keratin at all, even though according to the product page, "Get Back Gorgeous contains only the purest, highest grade electrostatically charged keratin fibers " -- well, that is a lie. The packaging lists cotton as the main ingredient...which is a natural product but doesn't have any keratin. The second ingredient is centrimonium chloride, a toxic substance which has a D rating on EWG, the third ingredient is silica which is very very dangerous if inhaled, and it also contains DMDM Hydantoin which is known to cause scalp irritation and subsequently hair loss. It seems pretty shady to me that a company would sell a product like this which does work to help hide hair loss but can also cause more hair loss. Maybe that means more sales for them, or maybe they just didn't carefully research the ingredients they use. Either way, there is no way I would ever put this on my skin, let alone my scalp, so I wanted to write this review to give everyone a fair warning and include a photo of the ingredient label since the company failed to provide this info on the product page.
