Stainless Steel Mariner Link Necklace for Men 22 to 24 Inch Chain Lobster Claw 10 mm

I bought this to give as a gift, and wanted to see it before sending it on to the recipient. I also bought the bracelet, because hooking the two together makes it long enough to slip over the head. Therefore no fussing with hooking and unhooking it. I hooked them together before wrapping as a gift.I've hesitated about spending the money, but would LOVE to have the set for myself! It looks and feels wonderful. Nice and bold, which I like, and the shiny stainless steel will be very durable, hold that shine, and be highly unlikely to trigger my allergies.I'll keep dreaming of it for now! But I wanted to review this product, because it is really fantastic!

The necklace is good quality for $34.00 and shinny stainless steel, the same quality that dept stores charge $58.00 for. the reason I only gave four stars is that the links are not welded on both sides. One side is welded and the other is squeezed together. BUT it's the same on the $58.00 dept store chain also. So probably they are all made that way. Other than that it is a good quality shiny smooth necklace. I would buy again.

Its a stainless steel necklace, you are buying it for the look, not because its super valuable. It looks great, its got a nice weight to it. You can go all Vinny Boombats and add it to your collection that you wear outside your shirt, or go with the more soft and sophisticated approach and tuck it under.If you are looking for a small dainty chain to hold your girlfriend's locket, this isn't it. This necklace says, I've arrived. Maybe you'll say "It's arrived" when UPS shows up at your door with your new chain.Get it. Give it 5 stars. Tell your friends.

The necklace came in a navy box lined with faux satin and then in a navy drawstring bag. It has a beautiful shiny appearance and is exactly what I was looking for. The clasp seems a little weak for the weight of the necklace - hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Links are well polished and close to nominal listed width of 10mm but are quite thin and the whole necklace is lighter and less substantial than I expected. The links are only about 2.5mm or .1 inch thick. Good if you want a wide appearance with minimal weight but I prefer a more substantial feel for a relatively wide chain necklace.

I bought this chain for my teenage son. It's heavy, very large and manly to a "T". Stainless steel is beautiful and will last forever without even a slight buffing....much better than sterling. This is a great deal - price and quality is flawlessly beautiful. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The chain was much better than I expected in every way.
